Omni provides property transfer assessments to assist buyers, sellers, and/or lending institutions to evaluate and identify potential environmental liabilities at a particular property.  Omni conducts environmental property transfer assessments based on recently published ASTM standards and/or based on our clients specific requests. 

Omni has the capability to provide comprehensive Phase I and Phase II property transfer assessments at a full range of commercial, industrial, manufacturing and agricultural sites.  Omni personnel have conducted over 150 Phase I and Phase II property transfer assessments in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois and North Dakota.  Additionally, Omni provides cost effective solutions for sites requiring Phase III remedial action design and implementation plans.
